[ENHANCEMENT] Show when a feature will become Baseline Widely available #2417

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I often want to know when a feature will become Baseline widely available. This should be 30 months after it became Baseline Newly available but since it's not an even 2 years, it the maths is a little trickier to do in my head.

It would be nice to highlight this more prominently in the UI somehow. This was discussed previously in #348 but more for a group of features, when I'm looking for more an individual feature.

Describe the solution you'd like

to something like this, would hit the mark nicely:

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are a few third-party tools (e.g. https://basewatch.dev/, and https://rviscomi.github.io/timebase/) which give this information, but it would be nice to surface this directly in webstatus.dev (it took me more than a few minutes to dig those up as hadn't used them in a while and couldn't remember their exact names as webstatus.dev serves most of my needs!).

Additional context

For bonus points, highlighting a feature that is about to become Baseline Newly available somehow (e.g. in the next month or two) would be cool too. Maybe in a different colour and with a symbol like 🔜?
