[ENHANCEMENT] Auto initiating a subscription

A link for a saved search should be able to be created and shared where:

1. If a logged in user clicks on the link, they are able to auto initiate the subscription workflow
2. If a user is not logged in, clicks the link, they are able to log in and not lose their place after logging in and able to initiate the subscription workflow

The subscription workflow should just present the dialog so that the user can configure everything for the subscription
