It didn't work

Help me, I was using this repo for my project and And when I opened my project it told me the following.

A problem occurred configuring root project 'TamilAudioProV4'.

Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'.
Could not find com.github.GrenderG:Toasty:1.5.2.
Searched in the following locations:

Same issue for our project..
Seems like artifacts removed from maven or maven is down
