F12 not working?

Before I installed EDC I had the mod Power Tools installed with f12 as the trigger key. Just to be safe I removed power tools before I launched my save and when I press f12 nothing happens. I tried to remap to another key but that doesn't make any difference. Anyone else with the same issue?

Try LShift F12 instead

All of a sudden it worked. I did other things for a while and after a reboot everything worked as it should.

Firstly I am glad it is now working!!

Unfortunately this is not a new issue when it comes to key bindings (Controls) already mapped by another mod even when that mod is removed.

Even when a mod is removed the inputBinding.xml will still contain an entry for that key binding and in some instances this can stop the key from working for one or all mods.

For anyone that may have problems even after rebinding the keys it can be worth restarting your game from the operating system after saving the new controls you wish to use.

Unfortunately with so many mods and so few keys these things do happen but hopefully the issues are few and far between :-)
