Updates to the nightly RTP summary notebook

Per-day overall array health table:

• X-engine status
• Number of antennas in commanded state
• Antenna status count
• LST-range
• Number of input files
• Load / sky / noise
• Number of correlating nodes
• output as CSV

(We can prototype this table in a notebook but eventually we want constructing this table to be its own RTP step and the notebook can just load that data product)

• List of "golden" antennas
• List of antennas "good status" antennas that are flagged and list of "bad status" antennas that not flagged

Per-antenna:

• Fem status: reported and actual
• Auto limit checker

Other quality of life improvements:

• HTML tags on cells so we can link to subsets of the notebook
