Finish the homepage (hard-code everything) #5
Description
This is the most critical first goal. Since we haven't received the necessary content+links+photos yet, we can fill it with dummy content.
@AjanthaB has so far added a nice background image for the jumbotron (top header block) and a slider of images.
Please help improve this and add more sections as we discussed earlier (and shown in the sketch below). Ask any question that may arise.
