Query regarding ratio in config.yaml

I am trying to run the pipeline using reads obtained from 1:1 mixture of human and mouse cell.
How does the ratio in yaml needs to be justified ? I can see 0.2 in tutorial. Does it depend on experiment ?

Any inputs/thoughts in this is highly appreciated.
