For which schema is a change/update being suggested?

I would like to request an update to the cell_type_ontology.json schema.

What should the change/update be?

• Changing the ontology source for an ontologized field
  I would like to change the graphRestriction field, adding CL:0000000 in the class field

This update constitutes a major change to the schema(s) it affects.

What new field(s) need to be changed/added?

• Field name: ontology.graphRestrictions.class
• Change from: ["CL:0000003"] to ["CL:0000003", "CL:0000000"]

Why is the change requested?

I would like to add the term cell in the graph restriction source for cell_type_ontology, to allow new terms introduced in the CL ontology. Term native cell is now deprecated from Cell Ontology.
