Enhance onboarding and add guidance for users when creating a glose

As a new or inexperienced user, I want clear guidance and labels in the interface when creating a document, so that I can understand how to use the application without confusion.

Context / Problem

Currently, the interface lacks guidance for new users:

• The "+" button used to create a document has no label, making its purpose unclear
• The home page does not provide any explanation of the available actions
• After creating a document "from scratch", the editing interface lacks instructions or contextual help

This leads to:

• Confusion for first-time users
• Difficulty understanding how to start creating a glose
• Risk of losing users due to poor onboarding experience

Proposed Solution

Improve the onboarding and clarity of the interface by:

• Adding a label or tooltip to the "+" button
• Providing basic guidance or empty-state messages on the home page
• Enhancing the "from scratch" editor with:
  • Labels or placeholders explaining each section
  • Helper text to guide users on what to do
• Optionally adding a tutorial mode:
  • A modal displayed on first use explaining the main features
• Adding a link to the Hyperglosae documentation
