Add clear button to open and focus on a glose

As a user, I want a clear button to open and focus on a glose, so that I can easily access documents without confusion.

Context / Problem

Currently, accessing a glose from the document list or from a linked glose is not intuitive:

• Users must click on icons who can be not clearly understandable
• Multiple icons may exist without clear meaning

This leads to:

• Confusion about how to access a document
• Poor discoverability of the main action
• Reduced usability, especially for new users

Proposed Solution

Improve the interface by introducing a clear Call-To-Action (CTA) button:

• Add a button with a clear label such as "Open", "View", or "Access"
• Replace or complement existing unclear icons

For pure user interface improvements, please consider that even if the software engineering work will be close to zero, there is a huge work to carry on as user interface designers (to be validated by @Mcoeuret).

You will have to:

• write an argumented analysis of why the current UI failed (icons and tooltips) with UI concepts (e.g. by Bastien & Scapin),
• design several alternative solutions, all coherent with the rest of the interface,
• conduct a survey on a sample of users representative of the domains (ethnographers / translators / business analysts / computer-mediated communications analysts) and age (21-30 and 31-60).
• update all existing screencasts in the documentation wiki.
