Feature Request: Add GitHub Actions Integration Example

I noticed that our project currently supports integrations with Jenkins, Travis CI, and includes a Python Wrapper. However, with the growing popularity of GitHub Actions as a CI/CD tool, it would be beneficial to include an example or snippet for integrating IBM Application Security on Cloud with GitHub Actions.

Suggested Implementation

• Create a new section in the README (or a new Markdown file) that outlines how to set up GitHub Actions for security scanning using the tools provided in this repository.
• Include a sample workflow file that demonstrates how to trigger security scans during different stages of the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., on pull requests or merges).

Benefits

• This addition will enhance the usability of our tooling for users who prefer GitHub Actions for their DevOps workflow, potentially broadening our user base and increasing contributions.
