Fix npm deployment action #73
Description
With the revocation of classic NPM tokens, we need to change the way automatic publication works. I have added a trusted publisher in the NPM account and revised the GitHub action configuration as per NPM's trusted publishers documentation, but it is not working correctly. I am out of time to research further, so I have manually published the latest release for now. We will have to troubleshoot this further when time permits.
