Display current collection size on Add Files page #11528

Overview of the Feature Request

• When collection quotas are enabled, the remaining storage quota is in fact shown to the user on the Add Files page.
• This new feature request is to display the current total size of the collection (regardless of whether there is an active quota enabled on the collection or not).
