bad barcode: folders are created. Need to delete them if so! #35
Description
During standard BDPL ingest, folders are created when a new 'DigitalObject' object is created--this happens before input is validated (i.e., we determine if barcode is present on spreadsheet).
Need to find a way to check for barcode BEFORE folder is created
OR to delete folders after check comes back negative,
Key question: would it ever be possible that important information is in the barcode folder (files OR digital provenance info) and for some reason the barcode doesn't match what is in spreadsheete?
