analyzeContent: give some indication that procedures are running

Several procedures do not clearly indicate they are running:

• Siegfried
• Bulk_Extractor

Easy fix: include ellipses or message to indicate process is going
Harder: output to terminal (use print statements; \r will write to same line?)
