Create a Design system Library for the web platform

Description 📃

Developers can develop the system to React and will be used in both Web and Mobile(in future) app.

Steps to follow 📄

• Copy the Ignitus Figma project and look for Design System file.
• Create components using Figma feature from the already build pages in the Web app file.
• At the moment, we have decided to start with the MVP of the project and focus on Profile and Opportunity sections.
