App uses Russian UI in English OS (MacOS build)

(using the MacOS build of release 0.2.15)

I'm an end-user, not much of a programmer. I found that this release was localized in Russian on my machine (even though my OS language = English).

Maybe there's another solution that I missed, but I just opened the .app package and deleted the Russian translation files (qtbase_ru.qm and scantailor-deviant_ru.qm) from "Contents / Resources / translations" Now it works fine for me.
