[BUG] References and other data managers do not support diacritics, causing incorrect display in the application

There is an issue with data records containing diacritics in References (Process Data) and also in other data managers.

When text includes diacritical characters (for example: č, š, ž), the data is not handled correctly and is displayed improperly in the application.
