Description
Leaves currently contain only key and value.
Add also
- creation timestamp
- modification timestamps (full log of all change times)
- source (user or import)
More concisely, store a db id (randomly generated) with the root.
For each leaf, store key, value (payload), and vector of (timestamp, source id).
