Option to switch -Suya to ask for an include list instead of an exclude list

 -> Excluding packages may cause partial upgrades and break systems

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have the ability to switch (via a config option, for example) yay to ask for an include list instead of an exclude list in such situations. I usually know what I need to update from AUR and what I don’t. Something like:

$ yay -Suya
:: Searching AUR for updates...
...
==> Packages to include: (eg: "1 2 3", "1-3", "^4" or repo name)

I didn’t find such functionality; sorry if it’s already there.
