Add the --aur and --repo options to the configuration file #2783

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, you need the -a / --aur option for operations to act only on the AUR. The problem is that it is quite inconvenient to have to pass this option every time you use yay.
Describe the solution you'd like
So, an entry could be added to the configuration file for the --aur and --repo options, so that the user can permanently choose the desired mode.
Describe alternatives you've considered
One solution is to create an alias in the shell. I can't say technically what the advantages and disadvantages of doing this are, but I feel like it's a bit hacky.
Additional context
For reference, paru has an option in the configuration file that does exactly that.
