Collar height input

Hi,

Thanks very much for your help on the error calculation request that I previously put in!

I hope you don't mind me asking again, and I might have missed it, but is there a way in which different collar heights can be input into the calculation? For example if there was a collar height column that was unique to each 'station', could these unique heights be included in the calculations of volume and area for each diffusive flux & bubble calculation?

My pleasure, hope you found a good solution for the error calculation of ebullition.

When you use the diffusive and ebullitive flux functions, your output is a data frame consisting of slope (slope_concentration_hr) and difference in concentration (concentration_per_hour), respectively. The unit of these are ppm per hour (ppm h^-1), you can then use the function ppm_to_umol to convert these into a flux (µmol m^-2 h^-1). In the function you feed in the atmospheric pressure (Pa), concentration from either diffusive or ebullitive function (ppm h^-1), volume (m³), temperature (degrees C) and surface area.
When you use the function, you should be able to create a column in your data frame that is the volume of the chamber. This volume column could then vary depending on the station and thus collar height.

Would that be a workaround your problem?
