Got the following Error,

Ok, I have updated. However it seems that the wheater report is stuck: http://alanyapenthouse.net/ - I use it here and it has been saying thyunderstorm for 4 days now... Which is worng its great wheater clears sky in Lanay now. It does not seem to update? Cache is turned off

It seems that update does not work properly. It sometimes retrieves data but sometimes does not. It shows an error message saying "Cannot get ... location id in module mod_sp_weather. Please also make sure that you have inserted city name."
