Use HSL `MA57` and `MA97` factorization

In an older version of the package, there was a compatibility with HSL factorization MA57 and MA97.
Saved in https://github.com/vepiteski/ARCTR.jl/tree/with-ldlt_symm

However, we will need:

• use HSL as an optional dependency
• add automatic testing of some sort for maintainability
