Description

Current Behavior

Inbound message from a recruiter First Last first.last@companyABCcareers.com
did not get captured as an app, even though it was about a job opportunity

I hope this message finds you well. I was reaching out to you to see if you might be interested in learning more about a JOB_TITLE Opportunity here at Fidelity Investments. Your background seems that it could be a great fit based on your technical background and experience.

Here is the job description for you to look over:

WORKDAY_LINK

(Location: Boston MA - HYBRID WORK MODEL- 2 WEEKS REMOTE, 2 WEEKS ON SITE EACH MONTH)

(RELOCATION REQUIRED IF NOT ALREADY COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO THE ABOVE OFFICE)

Please let me know if you might be interested in setting up a call with me to learn more about the role and potential next steps. Look forward to hearing from you!

Expected Behavior

We should capture inbound messages too. This would have an application_status of "request for availability". Inbound messages are super positive signals - very important to capture for jobseekers.
