No join/leave/world change messages for admin, and messages for joining/leaving The End don't work

Hello! I've been having a lot of success with this plugin, although the two big issues I am having are that my configuration for joining/leaving The End doesn't seem to do anything, and for my player specifically (with admin permissions) there are no messages sent by the plugin at all. I can't find any information on these problems, and I'm not sure if it is a bug or if I just did something wrong. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Well guess he died. Either way whatever the issue is it should be fixed in the rewrite. I can't fix this current code
