Can't stop messages from "violation-reset"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open Config
2. For testing purposes set "violation-reset-delay:" to 10
3. violation-reset: > all: '&7Violations reset'
4. delete text from all , remove the line from config, or comment out line

RESULT

• There's no way to prevent OP's from seeing the message in the in-game chat.
• Even if the text is deleted, the pre-fix will keep getting posted to the OP's chat

EXPECTED RESULT

• Need a way to disable the "violation-reset" "all" message, from being seen in the game chat, but still have the command run in the background

In general its a bad idea to have moderators be OP'd, a lot of the time you will have bypass perms by default for many plugins which then could break any minigames/plugins. I will work on fixing this though
