Installation

I am trying to use NiftySeg for my research, but have not been successful yet. I have installed it using the superbuild which creates a folder with subfolders “bin”, “include”, “lib”, and “priors”. However, since the documentation is quite limited, I am not sure how to use the program. Which file should I call? What are the commands?
