Uploaded Linux/macOS artifacts lose executable permissions #653
Description
Linux/macOS users who download selene binaries from the releases are unable to execute them without first chmodding them. GitHub doesn't preserve this metadata when it zips them in upload-artifact.
They could potentially be chmodded in the build step, or Selene could just release tarballs which work more nicely with macOS/Linux.
