Objects without images are deleted

Any of the objects without images used in the editor are always deleted when a new object is to be added to the editor. For example, Click Add Space , scroll to Door a, Add object to the room, Add another object such as container, add to the room. Immediately the container is added, the Door that was first added got deleted due to lack of images in it.
