Add “Troubleshooting” Section for Node Validators #8

There’s no troubleshooting section—issues like “state sync fails,” “peers not connecting” aren’t documented.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a new Troubleshooting.md under validate-the-network, covering:
- What to do if the node is stuck syncing
- How to inspect logs
- Common misconfigurations
Describe alternatives you've considered
Hunting down answers in community chat/Discord.
Additional context
Use known peer addresses and common CLI flags as examples.
