Stop using BinaryFormatter since it's obsolete and unsafe

Looks like it's only used in SaveState and RestoreState [here](https://github.com/Klocman/Bulk-Crap-Uninstaller/blob/master/source/ObjectListView/ObjectListView.cs#L5840).
