[GeoMechanicsApplication] Generalise staged building pit test #14045
Description
Steps to generalise the building pit test:
- rename directories
- rename .mdpa file
- strip all extra data from the .csv files that hold comparative data for picture generation
- Rename in the readme file
- [ ] mirror the mesh and have x=0 as the center of the pit
