[OptimizationApplication] vtu output interval not respected

Hello, I am trying to run a SIMP TopOpt model using the Optimization Application. I seem to have it working, however it does not seem to respect the vtu output interval (set as 25 in this example) and instead outputs a vtu for every single iteration. Am I missing something here? I've attached the setup files I am using.
