Improve README with Clear Contribution Guidelines #16

The README currently lacks a clear step-by-step contribution guide. According to opensource.guide, projects should clearly explain how new contributors can get started.

🎯 Task:

Add a "How to Contribute" section.

Include:

• Fork the repo
• Clone locally
• Create branch
• Commit changes
• Push branch
• Create PR
• Add basic coding standards (if applicable).

✅ Acceptance Criteria:

• Section is clearly structured.
• Uses proper Markdown formatting.
• Easy for first-time contributors to follow.
