Add some kind of tuning to be able to smooth fstat/backazimuth/trace velocity so detections don't break on one point.

Would like something to smooth the calculated points for the detector.  I realize I could just do a broader window but sometimes I have a great set of parameters over minutes and just a couple points break up the detection.
