Consider an open-source license

I want to use this project in my own lifter project, which would need a license to this code. I would prefer an open-source license so others can use it as well; I'd prefer the MPL-2.0 most but using the GPL is fine (or a permissive license).

It isn't finished yet but the current track is at speet, though I plan on having a seperate package or repo for semantics for instructions for LLVM support and integration with external lifters like this one.
