Currently the function gm_lensing_window (called from within delta_pi_gm_factors) calls effective_sigma_crit_squared to getthe squared average rather than the average of the square. I believe this is incorrect and we should be getting the average of the square in this case, see: Singh 2017 (Appendix B, Eq A40) and also Leonard 2026 (Eq 40). This introduces a fractional difference in effective_sigma_crit_squared of about 5%.
