Not all members are selectable

In certain cases, members are not processed properly and thus are not selectable in the decompiled source. This is a major shortcoming which should be resolved ASAP.

This includes the following:

• Class names in the context of an array Fixed in 1.1.4
• Fields inherited from a superclass (see References to implicit inherited fields require more complex analysis #14)

This issue will be updated if any other instances of this bug are discovered.
