Do not use Google Fonts

For improved privacy, we should not use online fonts from Google Fonts. See https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/setup/changing-the-fonts/

We could include the fonts as files inside the theme if their licenses allow us.

and prevent the rendering of google fonts on rejection. What do you think?

Oh, you need to be a sponsor (of ≥$15 per month) to get access to the privacy plugin. That would mean including the files and setting the fonts in the stylesheet as explained in Changing the Fonts. I really don't want having to reject cookies to be on every website that uses the theme.
