SPM Static Library Issue

Describe the Bug:

The build just fails on adding the package.

Error:

Swift package target 'LNPopupController' is linked as a static library by 'TestProject' and 'LNPopupController', but cannot be built dynamically because there is a package product with the same name.

Reproduction:

1. File -> Add Package Dependencies...
2. Copy paste the URL of this repo. in the search
3. Click Add Package
4. [Command] + [B] (Build)

Expected Behavior:

Build should scceed
