Cant install I get the following responses and errors

am running the latest version of ubuntu and cant seem to get katoolin to work. I get this error unable to execute /usr/bin/katoolin: No such file or directory
even though I get this message first fatal: destination path 'katoolin' already exists and is not an empty directory.

Did you download the python2.7? It wont work on other python versions
