246K 0805 is hardly available - we could switch to bigger one 1206 for current sensing and 0603 for voltage divider 

I do not know maximum voltage rating for the module, so I need that to define voltage of capacitors.

I can see that higher voltage values for 100uF are not available so we may want to use bit bigger caps
