Weighted concepts #3
Description
So far, all concepts in a jskos.ConceptScheme are treated as being equal. However, some applications (noteably Annif) might require adding weights. For example, the concepts proposed by Annif have a confidence rating (say word 1 with 100% confidence, word 2 with 90%, ... word 10 with 0% confidence). Now, a vocabulary that contains word 1 should rank higher than a vocabulary that cointains word 2, etc.
