saving a single labels file

Hi there,

is it possible to get a single labels image containing all the masks as opposed to a distinct image with single labels when pressing the export button in napari ?

Hey @Aseem139,

You can use the Instance Aggregation feature to add all objects into a single label. Please note that this cannot handle overlapping objects. When using the instance aggregation, only the single combined layer will be exported.
