Hi nnInteractive Team,
your tool works very well, but at the moment it is not possible to load existing labels for further refinement. I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to add support for importing labels as positive or negative scribbles, which would enable the following workflows.
Workflow 1: Refining an existing label
An existing label could be imported as a positive scribble. On top of that, we could add new scribbles or remove parts of the existing ones to refine the segmentation.
Workflow 2: Creating a new label without overwriting existing ones
When creating a new label, all existing labels could be imported as negative scribbles. This would explicitly tell the model not to segment those regions, ensuring that previously annotated structures remain untouched.
I think this functionality would make iterative refinement and multi-label workflows much more efficient.
Best regards,
Robert Graf
