(Simple) FDO server implementation

Develop and integrate a lightweight backend service that provides FAIR Digital Object representations for MaRDI resources, such as publications. The service should generate JSON-LD FDO payloads for given QIDs by wrapping MediaWiki backend responses and exposing them at fdo.portal…/fdo/{qid}. The implementation will be aligned with the MaRDI Kubernetes infrastructure and prepared for future integration into the MaRDI portal and other MaRDI services.

FAIR Digital Objects offer a structured, machine-actionable way to reference and access research items through persistent identifiers and typed metadata. Integrating FDOs enables uniform access patterns across MaRDI resources and improves interoperability with external FAIR-compliant systems.
