💡 Make default title configurable

### Describe the improvement

The text "New Thread" should be configurable to something else.

This is what it looks like now:
```ts
return output.trim().length > 0 ? output : "New Thread";
```

### Problems this improvement solves

It's possible to translate it, and it's possible to set another defualt.
