Who I Am

I am a creative entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI, crypto, and media. I run multiple projects and build in public. Edit this section to describe who you are and what you're working on.

Raise to 9-10 (Drop everything)

  • Direct outreach from a real person who appears to know me, my work, Stack, or Mass Ideation
  • Customer or user questions that look like they need a response
  • Warm partnership, client, paid-work, or collaboration opportunities
  • Time-sensitive school or family logistics that require me to see or act
  • Speaking, panel, or podcast guest requests
  • Direct outreach from known crypto projects: Arbitrum, Base, Solana, Ethereum Foundation, a16z, Multicoin, Paradigm, Coinbase Ventures
  • Term sheets, LOIs, partnership proposals with actual numbers
  • Skool emails only when they clearly involve revenue, paid clients, partnership opportunities, refunds/payment issues, or a concrete way to make money
  • Dribbble emails only when they clearly involve paid design/client work, hiring, partnerships, licensing, sales, or a concrete opportunity to make money
  • Press and media interview requests (crypto, AI, finance media)
  • Time-sensitive opportunities with a hard deadline in the subject or preview
  • Emails addressed to me personally (not a mailing list)

Raise to 7-8 (Respond today or tomorrow)

  • Warm investor or founder intros
  • Collaboration requests from other builders in AI or crypto
  • Stack-related blockchain, finance, fintech, founder, or startup meetups when they look relevant to Miguel's network or business development
  • Better Bronx emails about startups, founder/community events, startup meetups, applications, or inquiries
  • Startup-related inquiries that could connect to Stack, crypto, finance, fintech, founders, or business development
  • Mass Ideation AI consulting opportunities: AI automation, AI agents, chatbots, CRM/GoHighLevel, lead follow-up, intake, sales automation, workflow automation, or implementation projects
  • Calendar invites and meeting invitations tied to Stack, Mass Ideation, client work, startup/founder events, blockchain, finance, fintech, Better Bronx, or AI consulting opportunities
  • Podcast or newsletter feature requests
  • Follow-ups from people I've previously connected with
  • Beta access or early access invites to products in my space
  • Requests for a call or meeting from a specific named person
  • Legal or compliance notices
  • Anything from a .eth address or known crypto founder
  • User inquiries or onboarding questions for your projects
  • Developer outreach related to your products
  • Emails from my kid's school that are specific to my family, schedule, pickup, events, forms, deadlines, or action required

Raise to 5-6 (Check when you have time)

  • Interesting project announcements or product launches in AI/crypto
  • General networking outreach that seems genuine (not templated)
  • Job applications or contractor inquiries
  • Newsletters worth skimming from known crypto/AI media (The Block, Bankless, DL News, Unchained)

Keep at 1-4 (Do not alert)

  • Mass marketing emails and promotions
  • Automated platform notifications (GitHub, Notion, etc.)
  • Newsletter subscriptions I haven't personally engaged with
  • Event blasts, RSVP promos, and webinar invites that were sent to a list, unless they match the specific Stack watchlist: blockchain, finance, fintech, Better Bronx, startup/founder meetups, startup inquiries, or relevant calendar invites
  • Generic AI newsletters, AI product updates, prompt/course emails, and AI webinars unless they include a concrete Mass Ideation consulting, implementation, or client opportunity
  • Cold sales outreach with templated language
  • Crypto airdrops, token promotions, presale announcements
  • "Just checking in" emails with no specific ask
  • Receipts, bills, Uber/travel receipts, invoices, refunds, and transactional emails
  • Affiliate payouts unless unusually large or requiring action
  • Anyone selling me software, services, lead generation, ads, courses, or agencies
  • Skool community notifications, course updates, comments, posts, member activity, or general engagement emails unless they clearly connect to making money
  • Dribbble likes, follows, digests, design inspiration, community updates, promos, or generic notifications unless they clearly connect to paid work or a real opportunity
