Default profile image not loading

Default profile image not loading
When you make a new user, default profle image doesn't show up on sidebar and header.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Register Page
2. Create a new account, activate it and login to it
3. Navigate to a page in user dashboard
4. In sidebar or header defualt profile image is not showing/

Expected behavior
I Expect to see default profile image, on sidebar and header when a new user is created.
